Verity Chauffeurs exists to bring a single point of coordination to executive and event transport in Belgium. Rather than a marketplace of separate bookings, one coordinator manages the vehicle, the operator, and every detail of the assignment as one continuous plan — from the first enquiry to the final drop-off.
Our approach
We treat ground transport as a coordination problem, not a booking transaction. Every journey, a single executive transfer or a multi-vehicle delegation programme, is planned in advance, confirmed in writing, and managed by a named coordinator from first enquiry to final drop-off. Discretion is the default, not an add-on: passenger identities, itineraries and schedules are shared only with those who need them.
This shows up in small, specific ways — a coordinator who already knows your preferred pickup point before you ask, a chauffeur briefed on ceremony timing rather than just an address, a vehicle that arrives early enough to be invisible rather than exactly on time and visibly rushed.
Our standards
These standards apply the same way whether the booking is a single airport transfer or a multi-day delegation programme:
- Chauffeurs are selected and briefed for presentation, discretion and calm professional conduct.
- Vehicles are maintained and presented to a consistent standard appropriate for executive and diplomatic use.
- Every booking is confirmed with fixed pricing and a clear itinerary in writing before the day of travel, so nothing is negotiated or re-priced once the journey has started.
- Every chauffeur is briefed on the specific itinerary and any confidentiality requirements before the booking begins — never given only an address and a time.
What we won't compromise on
Some things are treated as fixed, regardless of how a booking is structured or how much notice we're given:
- We do not overbook a vehicle or chauffeur across two commitments that could conflict.
- We do not discuss one client's booking, itinerary or identity with another client, vendor or third party.
- We do not change agreed pricing once an itinerary has been confirmed in writing.
- We do not send a chauffeur to a booking they have not been briefed on.
