These terms govern the use of this website and the booking of chauffeur and ground-transport coordination services provided by Verity Chauffeurs. We provide pre-booked, professionally chauffeured transport and coordination services, arranged through licensed and insured transport operators; we are not a taxi or public hire operator.

2. Enquiries, quotations and booking confirmation

• Submitting the Confidential Transport Brief form or contacting us constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written proposal and you accept it.
• Prices are fixed at confirmation based on the information provided.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the value of the relevant booking, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

4. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
