Vehicle images and model names are illustrative of the categories that may be arranged. Vehicles are supplied through appropriately licensed and insured transport operators. The final operator, vehicle make, model, year, colour, capacity, features and availability are confirmed in writing before the assignment.
Vehicle class is confirmed as part of your tailored proposal, based on passenger count, luggage, and the nature of the booking — not chosen from a fixed menu in isolation. The categories below describe what each class is suited to; the exact operator, vehicle make and model are confirmed with your coordinator, in writing, before the assignment.

Business class sedan
Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent. The class most single-principal and day-to-day executive bookings are matched to — a quiet, businesslike cabin suited to calls, review and last-minute preparation.
Electric business class
Mercedes-Benz EQE or equivalent electric business sedan. The zero-emission equivalent of our Business Class Sedan, for clients or organisations with a stated preference for electric vehicles.

First class sedan
Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent. The step up for clients who value extra space, a quieter cabin and a more formal presentation — suited to first meetings, principal travel and diplomatic assignments.
Electric first class
Mercedes-Benz EQS or equivalent electric first-class sedan. The zero-emission equivalent of our First Class Sedan, combining a first-class cabin with an electric drivetrain.
Ultra-luxury class
Rolls-Royce, Bentley or equivalent ultra-luxury vehicle. Reserved for principals and assignments requiring the highest available presentation standard. Ultra-luxury vehicles require advance written confirmation.
Discuss Ultra-luxury Requirements
Luxury SUV
Mercedes-Benz GLS, Range Rover or equivalent. Additional ground clearance, cabin space and luggage capacity — suited to mixed terrain, additional luggage, or clients who prefer an SUV profile.

Executive van
Mercedes-Benz V-Class or equivalent. Ideal for small groups, airport parties and additional luggage — without stepping down in presentation.
VIP van
Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP configuration or equivalent. A VIP-configured cabin — captain’s seating, additional privacy and finish — for small principal groups travelling together.
Executive sprinter
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or equivalent, approximately 8–16 passengers. Coordinated group movement for delegations, wedding parties and small teams, with a single point of contact for the vehicle.
Minibus
Coach-built minibus or equivalent, approximately 16–30 passengers. For larger groups — conference delegations, wedding guest transport, or multi-stop event programmes.
Executive coach
Executive coach or equivalent, approximately 30–50+ passengers. For roadshows, congresses and large event programmes requiring a single large-capacity vehicle rather than a multi-vehicle convoy.
Group and multi-vehicle coordination
Delegations, roadshows, weddings and events frequently combine several of the categories above into a single coordinated movement. Where a booking requires more than one vehicle, a single coordinator manages the full lineup as one itinerary — not a set of separate bookings.
