Verity Chauffeurs is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Verity Chauffeurs coordinates executive and event ground transport in Brussels and Belgium, with wider Benelux coverage arranged on request, working with licensed and insured transport operators.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and identification data provided via our Confidential Transport Brief form, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Booking and itinerary data: pickup/drop-off locations, dates and times, passenger numbers, vehicle preferences.
- Technical and usage data collected via cookies (see Cookie policy).
3. Why we process your data
To respond to enquiries, deliver confirmed bookings, meet accounting and legal obligations, and, with consent, for analytics and marketing.
4. Who we share data with
Chauffeurs and transport operators assigned to your booking, IT and hosting providers, analytics and advertising platforms (where consented), and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.
