1. How to cancel or amend

To cancel or amend a confirmed booking, contact your coordinator as soon as possible by phone at +32 465 79 54 67, or via our Contact page.

2. Cancellation and no-show terms

Cancellation notice periods and any applicable fees are confirmed in writing at the time of booking confirmation, based on the specifics of your itinerary and vehicle type.

3. Multi-vehicle, event and delegation bookings

Bookings involving multiple vehicles, delegations or event coordination may carry different notice requirements due to advance planning and resourcing.

4. Our cancellations

In the rare event we must cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as early as possible and, where feasible, offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
