How we coordinate this
For delegation and VIP work, we ask for as much notice as possible so vehicles, chauffeurs and routing can be planned and, where needed, discussed directly with your protocol or security team before confirmation.
For multi-vehicle movements, this includes agreeing the order in which vehicles arrive and depart, confirming who travels in which vehicle, and building in contingency routing where a primary route may need to change at short notice. None of this is worked out on the day — it is confirmed in writing beforehand and briefed to every chauffeur involved as a single operation, not a set of separate bookings.
