Payment & invoicing policy
This policy explains how payment and invoicing are handled for bookings with Verity Chauffeurs.
1. Accepted payment methods
Accepted payment methods are confirmed in your individual booking proposal.
2. Pricing and VAT
All quoted prices are in EUR. Whether Belgian VAT (BTW/TVA) is included is confirmed in your individual quote.
3. Corporate accounts
Corporate and recurring clients may apply for account-based invoicing. Payment terms for approved corporate accounts are agreed individually and confirmed in writing when the account is set up.
4. Deposits
Certain bookings (e.g. events, weddings, multi-day engagements) may require a deposit to confirm the reservation, the amount of which is confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Late payment
Invoices not settled within the agreed term may be subject to late payment interest and costs in accordance with Belgian law on late payments in commercial transactions.
